How
do we prepare for 2012?
What is it about?
What can I do?
There is so much being
spoken about these times, and how to transpire, or move through them.
What is occurring?
Fundamentally, we are
living in a time in which the Earth and its environment are reaching
into a higher vibrational state, or, field of being.Because we have been
focusing on our lower vibrational states, many of us are experiencing a
'dance' of chaos and stress in our lives.It is the steps to integration
of the realities which causes the stress, fundamentally, between two
different worlds, or ways of being. They are two converging worlds.
And, as we learn the nature of the two, and learn to find a harmonic
resonance to sustain within our own field, we shall make a safe
transition into this higher vibrational state the Earth, and the Cosmos,
are guiding us into. It is, after all, our inherent nature, we are
being asked to touch more completely into.
Most of us have been
taught to hold our awareness in lower vibrational fields, of what too
often is fear based means of survival, of not having enough, or
believing we are not good enough, or not deserving of enough, or
something better, in our lives; of getting what we want in the realms of
personal love and power through manipulation or control, rather than
harmony, communion or communication, and collaboration, and, of
searching, overall, for fulfillment in the physical planes of our
existence, ignoring, for the most part, the greater nature of our
being.We are being asked to focus more distinctly and fully on our
greater nature.
Many believe this is just a New Age propaganda. But
science and ancient wisdom both support this new reality. Science is
constantly reporting phenomena it does not understand. Just 2 weeks
ago, science reported an incredible Gamma Wave field extending out from
the center of our Milky Way galaxy some 50,000 Light Years on each side
of it. They have been reporting intense bursts of unexplained Gamma
Wave radiation from the center of the galaxy for some time, unusual
phenomena of solar photon activity, of extraordinary changes in the
Earth's magnetic field, and the Schumann pulse, or frequency of the
Earth. These are all scientific realities that simple searches on any
web search engine will pull up dozens of scientifically based results,
at NASA, and similar sites. Science suggests interpretations of these
very odd phenomena, but, in general, they themselves state that they do
not understand what they are witnessing, just reporting the
phenomena.Meantime, the indigenous elders of many cultures of the planet
report ancient prophecies that these signs are only fulfilling. We
have been talking much about this in our Three Hearts series of articles throughout
the year.
The stage we are in now, is somewhat of the 'beta'
test phase. We are being asked to elevate our awareness through
gratitude, joy, ecstasy or bliss, unconditional love and appreciation,
and all the great cycles of 'coherent' energy or emotions of the human
spectrum, to create sustainable states of grace in harmony with the
fundamental nature of life.
We have been misled.
All life resonates
in fundamental harmony with itself. There is a fundamental nature, a
principal, or Law, which guides and directs All Life in sequence and
resonance with itself. Fundamentally, all wisdom based cultures of the
planet speak to this fundamental resonance, or truth, within the
confines of their own way of interpreting the greater truth, or
reality. When we step into this resonance, we feel the Beauty, the Joy,
the Awe-felt Grace and Unity of Life.We have, most of us, been taught more of the opposite. There are
perhaps some special beings who experience this, but, here, on the
Earth, it is a hard and difficult life.
It is not so.We are in a time that is asking us to invest our awareness in
this fundamental question.Do you
believe in the Beauty and Harmony of All Life, or do you feel separate
from the Greater Reality, not part of, not supported by All Life?The fundamental reality is, once you recognize
the question, and once you consciously choose where and what you want
to focus your reality in, that is what you will perceive as Reality.
The reality is, this is what is occurring already, you just may not yet
be conscious of it.
By focusing your
awareness on the Greater Reality, of Joy, Beauty, Oneness, this is what
you will overwhelmingly perceive, and experience. If you focus on the
tragedy, destruction, and trauma of our lives and the Earth, this will
be the guiding principles of your life, that will bring into sharp focus
this reality as you perceive and experience it on the planet.
It is not to deny one
or the other, but to learn and pay attention to the nature of how we
create our own reality.
Many are feeling times
of extraordinary chaos, stress, disharmony, or anxiety in their lives.
Do not feel alone in this. Many are feeling it. While some explain it
away in terms of modern technology taking away all our free time, or
adding to the stress, and, while, there is some truth to this, do not be
misled yet further down the road of disempowerment.
There is something greater happening.
It is beyond the scope
of normal human understanding. It is beneficial to realize there is
something far greater than just our selves, that is occurring. There is
a planetary shift occurring. It is a highly prophesied time of
planetary awakening.
At the same time, we
each are being asked to do our part.
And, there is much we
can do about it.Our articles and
newsletters have been full of such methodologies, to enter greater awareness, abundance, and
harmony with life.We have spoken about the practices arising from the
wisdom of the Three Hearts relating to entering this harmonic field of
experience, of the Giving and Taking in Harmony with All Life, and even
offered a recorded
interview with the full Three Hearts Practice for you
to participate in it.
Morning
Wakeups?
We have spoken about
(in our articles) how to connect with the holy beings, Guides and
Teachers, who often surround us, in the subtle worlds, and seek to
assist in our full awakening, to reach our full potential as spiritual
beings. Many have been awakened in the "magic window" hours of 2-4 in
the AM, being asked, knowingly, or unknowingly, to make these
connections.Now, many are reporting later morning awakenings, 4-6 AM,
(yet earlier than their usual morning awakening times,) unable to make
their usual connections to their guides and teachers.For those of you
experiencing this, I would offer these suggestions.Imagine you are being
asked to more fully activate your own potential.
The guidance seems,
often to suggest, it simply is time to do this for one self (and, often,
'not depend on 'us' (the guides we each may have been working with,)
any longer.)There is also an aspect of solar wisdom, knowledge, or
'being' which is being activated.
Practices to Offer
So, knowing this, I suggest working with these
principals for further personal activation:1) Simply place awareness in the heart center
(chakra).Hold awareness of a
coherent emotion such as gratitude, joy, appreciation, unconditional
love, bliss, in the heart.Focus
all of your awareness, to your fullest potential, in this practice,
breathing in and out from a realized sense of this coherent emotion,
building awareness of this clear emotional state with each breath, as if
breathing in and out from the heart center.
Do not be concerned if
other thoughts or feelings arise to distract you.Acknowledge them, but
do not give in to them.
Simply come back to
the practice.If you find yourself distracted, don't worry, and don't go
into self-judgment or doubt, just come back to the practice.
Continue the practice,
no matter how much distraction you may experience.
2) Do #1) above, but
imagine the sun, or a solar disc, primarily above and in front of you,
specifically from the heart region, and breathe in and out from this
area of heightened solar consciousness.
For some of you, it
may be beneficial to explore the regions behind and above the heart, or
even behind the neck to breathe through. Imagine you are connecting to
high, pure realms of light energy or consciousness.
Continue the practice
of breathing in and out from the heart into these realms of light
consciousness, until you feel you are truly embodying this solar aspect
of consciousness. You may experience it entering into, entering union
with, your heart. You may experience it, also, permeating out of your
heart throughout your full field of awareness, your vital organs,
tissue, and so forth. Imagine it permeates with a light of empowerment,
authenticity, healing, and integrity, integrating these greater aspects
of your awareness.
3) Imagine you are
entering ever heightened levels of joy, bliss, love, purity, grace,
etc., as you breathe in this manner.
4) Imagine you are
breathing ever higher, rarified aspects of solar consciousness, the
aspect of the activating and transforming power of Light from the higher
dimensional realms, which our 'sun' symbolizes, and embodies, in our
localized region of the galaxy, and Cosmos.Imagine this is activating
ever heightened states of your own awareness and being. Again, embody
this. Emanate it out from the heart, as if the heart were the source
point of this intelligence.
5) Imagine there is
intelligence and/or intelligent communication occurring between you and
this solar aspect of consciousness.Seek, through your own awareness, to
embody this.
Practice this daily
for at lease one week of times you awaken early, whether that is daily
for a week, or alternately over the course of days or weeks as you find
yourself awakening early.You can,
certainly, use it anytime regardless. It can only be of greater benefit
for you.At some point, you may
find there are specific messages embedded in this solar consciousness,
for your well being. You may simply imagine it bringing greater
vitality and vigor to your physiology greater clarity and illumination
to your emotional body, greater integration at all levels of your soul
body.
The Indigenous Wisdom
is that the sun has morning messages for us, and that these often
traverse through the light consciousness of the sun, especially at dawn,
with dusk being another time for entering heightened awareness of the
subtle worlds.Many indigenous
cultures have specific practices such as these, for receiving the
vitality and wisdom of the sun, a localized aspect of Divine Male
Consciousness, just as the Earth, and Heart of the Galaxy are localized
aspects of the Feminine Wisdom.Come
to our Three Hearts and Crown of Creation practices to learn more about
this interrelationship of the Three Hearts, the Heart of the Sun, and
the "Heart behind the Heart", of the Cosmos, as given through the wisdom
of the Elders, and the many guides and teachers of the subtle worlds,
the ancestral realms, and the Star Nations, who guide and sustain this
