We accept
PAYPAL,
personal checks, and money orders, for all workshops and purchases.
DISCOUNTS:
Discounts are available for programs offered at the Center in
Ascutney, and facilitated by Zacciah. Discounts for 4 day or
longer programs, are as listed for those programs.
For 1, 2 and 3 day programs, discounts apply for:
- All members of APOV and SHN.
- These are the Association of
Psychotherapists of Vermont, and the Sound Healing Network. In
support of their efforts to further the goals of
holistic practices in the region, we seek to assist their memberships
in furthering their personal and professional skills. A 5%
discount is offered to members of APOV and SHN.
- For those pre-registering in, and
pre-paying, multiple workshops at the
same time, 10%
on each
workshop.
- For those pre-paying any workshop in
full, at least 30 days in advance,
10%.
- For anyone whom has attended one of
Zacciah's programs previously, whom
brings a new participant to one of Zacciah's workshops, you may receive
a 15% discount. This must be arranged prior to a workshop with
Zacciah, at the time of registration. This is for each new
participant you bring whom has not
previously attended one of Zacciah's workshop.
- For our sound healers trainings,
anyone
attending the same sound healers training previously, facilitated by
Zacciah,
will receive a 30% discount on that program.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, and must be
requested at the time of
registration.
Discounts apply only to programs offered in our Center in Ascutney,
facilitated by Zacciah. Check regarding any other program, some
may apply.
If you have attended our programs before, you may
apply for an extended
payment of programs.

- Simply fill in all contact and credit

order.
We accept
PAYPAL,
personal checks, and money orders, for all workshops and purchases.
Registration in Classes
Individual discounts may apply for previous trainees repeating classes.
Prices do not include food or
lodging, unless stated.
Personal
checks and Money Orders, wire transfers, MasterCard/Visa
Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and cash in person are
all accepted forms of payment.
VSAC or other adult education grants
may apply for qualified applicants. Contact your state agency for
continuing adult education programs.
We are a recognized provider for
adult education grants in the State of Vermont, and will be glad to
work with your state agency to insure your process is complete.

You may use our SECURE ON LINE ORDER PAGE.
Please Read:
- Simply fill in all
contact and credit card
information, workshop title,
date, and cost, and any applicable discounts.
- Use one of the
"Instrument" lines for the workshop title and date
- Disregard any
boxes for instrument purchases not relevant to your
registration.
- Please insure you
provide us with name, address, phone, email contact,
no matter your method of registration.
- Any
credit card charges will appear on your
credit/debit
card billing statement
as “Sunreed Instruments”, our partner company.
- We
do not keep credit information once it is charged.
- All
information is kept strictly confidential and NOT SHARED with any
others at any time, except contact information for those registering
for programs in other locations; we do share contact information with
our hosts for those programs, only for those registered in programs
they are hosting.

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit

as well as check or money orders, or cash.
(You
may

send postdated checks for the early registration discount
deadlines.)
Early discount payments may
be called in until 5 PM of the stated date,
postmarked by that date if mailed in,
or faxed or registered on line by midnight of that date.
Vermont residents
may qualify with VSAC
(Vermont Student Assistance Corporation) for adult
education financial assistance or grants in career training (contact
vsac.org.) VSAC has approved our training programs as qualified
adult professional trainings for all prior applicants.
Similar agencies in your home state may also
offer
adult education financial assistance.
(We will be glad to assist
with
information for those agencies.)
Those whom have attended our previous sound healing trainings may
qualify for discounts on individual programs.
We will consider
extended payment plans for those truly in need, or whom have prior
experience in our trainings.
Payment for programs must be made in full, one month in advance to hold
your
space.
DISCLOSURE:
Registration
in a program is a commitment to attend and to follow all
guidelines
and
policies regarding the program, including taking personal liability
for any harm,
or damage, to persons or property while attending said program.
For most programs, a 50% deposit holds a space for you in that
program. (Some trainings may have separate
guidelines, which take precedence, and will be stated on those
pages.) Payment in full is
due 30
days prior to program start date, to reserve space. Registration
is open until program is
full. We will not cash a check, nor
charge your credit card account, if space is not available, and we will
contact
you regarding a possible wait list. A
refund, less a $20 administrative fee, may be requested up until 30
days
prior to the
program, for most 1-3 day programs. Refunds are not given after
that time. For our Sound Healer Training programs, and some
longer
programs,
a refund, less stated deposits, may be requested up until 30 days
prior to
the first program. See those program registration information for
details, on that program's web page. Credit
toward future programs may be
extended
at the discretion of Center of Light staff, toward programs of like
kind (same or similar topic, same or similar venue,) for up to one
year. If a program is cancelled, due to inclement weather, or for
any other
reason, a full refund will be made.
Center of Light staff will make such decisions, and the Center of
Light,
and its staff, shall be held harmless in case of cancellation, for
whatever reason.

The
Center of
Light does not offer residential services for retreat or weekend
workshops.
Some of our extended tours do include accomoations and meals, note that
on each program.
However, we wish to assist you in finding quality
accomodations for your stay, as well as to assist where we may in
making your stay in this region more enjoyable, rewarding, and
fulfilling.
By
inclusion in this list, the Center of Light endorses none of these
lodgings, and assumes no responsibility for your experience with
them.
We simply offer their listing for assistance in finding lodging
in the area during your stay. Most accomodations listed as an
"Inn" are quality
private Inns or B&B's, most listed as "motels", which are not large
known chains, are listed due to proximity or affordability, but may not
be the highest
quality rooms available (we do not include any we do not feel meet
basic
acceptable standards of cleanliness & upkeep, but this can be a
very personalized experience...)
You may call or
ask for further clarification.
We can also assist with other areas of
interest you might wish to include during your stay in this pristine
area, filled with opportunities for rich outdoor and indoor experiences
(hiking, canoeing/kayaking, climbing, hanggliding, theater, museum,
dining....)
We often dine out after a program, and often invite you to
gather with
us, extending the experience of deep community we are building in this
area through our work and programs. We occasionally provide other
experiences in outdoor settings the day after a program (hikes,
ceremony in sacred places, for instance.)
Feel free to ask if any such event is planned when you are attending.
