PREPARING FOR OUR WEEKEND PRACTICES Preparing yourself, to make the most of
this work. All
program information can be found via that explicity program link,
found in our calendar section, here. You will receive explicit notes if there are explicit preparations for the practice you are registered in, but these notes will serve amply for your preparation. You are investing a great deal of time and energy to be here with us. I highly recommend you take time to prepare yourself, at all levels, to insure you receive the greatest benefit from this work. It is also advisable, wherever possible, to take some time after a practice, for greater integration of your experiences. It is such an honor to be of service in these Changing Times. I am deeply looking forward to seeing you and offering, and engaging in, practice with each of you this coming prorgram. We are in a time of profound transformation. You have heard me say this before. It is time to come into visceral realization of this, and to enter deep, reverent, cohesive states of awareness, integral to our own wisdom, nature, and being. It is time to do the transformational work we all have prepared for our selves to do, to enter those cohesive states of our true essence. This practice will assist us in this very directly in this process. I ask you to come prepared to do the work! It will be joyful, humbling, empowering, enlightening, if you come ready to truly participate. What you bring in willingness will be rewarded in what you take away as the gifts of Grace available to us through this work. In this practice, we will engage in deep healing ceremonies. We often call upon powerful allies of the subtle worlds to assist us in casting off sheathings of all past traumas, and encumbrances, as well as past life and genetic imprints layered in our consciousness, which do not serve us, to release, and to restore our true essence, the Original Instructions, and the Crystalline Matrix of Light and Life which is our birthright and inherent nature. We call upon Holy Beings of pure realms and frequencies of consciousness to assist us to dissolve all encumbrances of these natures, and awaken our true essence, our source being. Many of your own guides and teachers will be gathered with us for this work. Many of you can see, and feel, even now, that this is a potent gift offering. Come prepared. Feel the joy in your body, even now, rising up for for-giveness and liberation. Feel the part that has sheathed you, ready to be shed like the skin of a serpent who has outgrown its own sheathing, there, in its time, for a purpose, but NO LONGER SERVING. There are two aspects to this, the release, and the resolution or attunement, to the refined states of our being, which we will invite to come back forward from that point of origin. Sit with this. I look forward to this time of renewal. Invite your friends who have not yet decided to come! And, we will have 3 recent studio recorded CD's of main practices we engage in. If you wish, you may carry them home to continue the work, to remind you of all you walk through in each practice, this weekend, to deepen the experience. I highly recommend taking some time in these remaining days, to ask for guidance & preparation, to ask for that which is holding you back, that which is encumbering you, to come forward, ready to be dissolved, released, and transformed into the higher, more clear aspects of who you truly are as a luminous being. It is up to you to prepare the space, to do the work you have come here to do. Simply sitting quietly in reflection, setting clear intent, asking for that most beneficial to resolve, or attenuate our awareness to, is appropriate to this. The better prepared and ready to enter luminous state of our being, we each are, the greater will be the benefit of the practice, for us all! Sunday afternoon, we will complete with a world healing service, in which we are asked to charge the waters of life with our prayers and offerings, through our light and voice. What can we bring to the altar after we have truly received our own gifts of awakening, to assist planetarily at this time? You most likely know of the Emoto water crystal effect. We shall utilize this knowledge to baptize the waters of the world, with our prayers, to share through the world, as we go home. private home, kept unoccupied, for this purpose, close to the
program location, should you wish to stay with us. To Bring: Plan on comfortable clothes. Comfortable solid chairs are available. If you need cushions, backjacks, or blankets, please bring them. Bring a notepad and pen if you choose to take notes or journal. Many find this valuable, and we do occasionally use journaling after a practice as a technique to move deeper into the work. These programs offer a rich, dynamic opportunity to enter into awakened states of consciousness, understand more about our innate self, and relationship to the greater whole, as well as each other. Those of you whom have attended these programs in the past know the extraordinary nature of these programs. We highly recommend you set aside ample time this week for self preparation and setting clear intentions, and that you might, also, invite those those whom might best work with you, to come to the greatest and most beneficial realizations over the course of this program. As you read the nature of the program, you should realize we intend to dive into great depths of work, for our own growth, but also to come into greater service for the collective good. I ask that you: Bring a clear spirit ready to share and learn, and ready to be transformed. This is, for most individuals, powerfully transformative work. You can assist your own participation to be in its fullest potential, if you take some time for preparation.
I, also, highly suggest you plan ample time after each day, and, if possible, after the end of the program, to relax into, and integrate, the deep and rich tapestry of energies you are likely to find yourself bathing in at the end of each day of this program. It will assist you over rushing back into your everyday lives. Also, be attentive, that you will not re-enter your life as you were before the program. You will, most of us, be in a more elevated and awakened state of being. Be kind to yourself, and to others, and take time with any life altering decisions. Others in your life may not realize that you are in a different place. We recommend you hold compassion in relations with others. This is not just about personal transformation, but in doing the work which will bring us into balance and harmony with universal principals, incorporating those principals into our lives, and bringing them forward into all our relations, in service to this great time of transformation for the entire planet. Many teachers speak to this time as important to the harmonic unfolding at levels even beyond our imagination, at universal proportions. Each step we take is important and beneficial, beyound our normal understanding, to the unfolding of harmonic principals within the universe itself. In a sacred way, we offer these trainings for our own elevation, and for the awakening of all humanity. May we each serve in our own capacity for this. For each step we take, each action, in harmony with the Whole, we do indeed assist all others in their own capacity for development. Zacciah Sound Though Zacciah utilizes sound during practices, you are not required to join in any sound work. There usually are opportunities to join with simple voice exercises. We often use a simple guided chant or are asked to make a sound from the heart to give voice to our feelings. However, there is no need for any kind of training or need to have "a voice". All it takes is an authentic heart to easily join in. The manner in which Zacciah uses sound is different than most people have experienced. It is coupling sound with heightened states of consciousness, which allows others to more readily enter into advanced states of awareness. It is not an experience that can easily be described. Yet, it is not uncommon for participants to come away feeling deeply transformed. Zacciah uses, primarily, his voice, but does, also, use a variety of sound instruments (Crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells, Native drums, rattles, etc.) While there may be the possibility to join in a chant with your own drum or rattle, it will not be a major focus of the work in this practice. I would suggest you print out at least this top page with address and times that you can easily be reminded of place and times, and/or bring it with you. You may also, wish to print out directions, the preparatory practices, etc as needed. It can be found in our calendar section, here. Arrival & starting time Please note our starting time for this program. Plan to eat before your arrival, or come early with a bag lunch. You can also pick up something in the idyllic town of Chester from the many restaurants, cafes, delis, and natural food store/deli almost just across the street from us! Plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early, to give yourself time to park, unload, walk in, find a chair, take care of personal needs, connect with friends and others, etc, before the program begins. Seating We are in a very comfortable world class conference center, with comfortable chairs and seating. But, you may bring your own, esp if you wish floor mats, pillows, or backjacks, or blankets, etc. Our Sunday World Healing Service may involve the use of drums and rattles. If you wish, you may bring one, but we have plenty to lend, if this is called upon. We will advise you by mail if there is more to be mindful of. Accommodations The program is in Chester at a beautiful conference center of the NewsBank organization. Chester is a very endearing Vermont Village, with lovely shops, restaurants, inns and B&B's. We do have rooms available via the conference center, as advertised, but, unfortunately, we ran out for this practice. Please advise us earlier of your need for a room next practice. We will try to secure more rooms, but are not able to now. You can see links to Chester accommodations, directions, a map, and a link to a google map on line at: ROOM ASSIGNMENTS IF YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH US: There is nothing you need to bring outside of your personal articles. You will find bedding, towels, linens, etc, all provided. There is a full kitchen, you can bring your own foods and make or share meals here. At check-in, you will be assigned your room, and will be given the house address (just down the street, within walking distance of the building,) and a PASS KEY! Be sure you get these from our front desk attendant(s) at the door. (Another reason to be sure you arrive EARLY!) When you leave, NewsBank staff will come in and strip beds, clean, etc. However, we are asked to leave things as you found them in the Kitchen; but no worries on cleaning beyond that. Thank you!! Meals As stated, please eat lunch before your arrival on Saturday, and/or bring something sufficient to insure you have the energy to get you through the afternoon. You will find assorted fruits and other snacks, along with water, coffee, and teas, available to you, as well. But, we recommend you not be dependent upon these for sufficient energy for the work we have to do. Saturday evening, there are ample places for lovely meals in town, and you will find other like minded souls ready to accompany you to a meal, should you wish that. If staying with us, you can prepare or eat meals in the housing facilities. For SUNDAY LUNCH, you will find numerous qualities cafes close by. We'll share information at the program. If you have not done this work before, you will find it in depth, touching deep places of wisdom and healing, and, for most of us, touching into realms of greater Mystery we rarely have such opportunity to enter into, or merge with. COME PREPARED TO DO THE WORK. This may require you to give up aspects of your self, your view of the world, your imprints of who you think you, and why you are here, that are not based in reality, or are not serving you at this time. Much of what we were taught to believe, about ourselves, our society, our world, and our universe, are not based in authentic truths. Some of these realities may have served us in the past, yet are not serving us at this time. We shall have the opportunity to clarify that which does not serve, and touch that which does, that which is the source of our deeper truth. THIS, we shall tap into, peer into, and have the opportunity to deeply merge with. Our authentic truths. COME PREPARED TO MEET YOUR SELF The Q'ero, profound wisdom keepers of the Incan/Peruvian traditions, call this time the TARIPAY PACHA, the Time of Meeting Our Selves Again. IT IS THAT TIME. Come Prepared. We are being supported by the Cosmos, at this time of Profound Transformation for the whole planet. Many experience this as stress and chaos; yet, when we learn to hold awareness in our true essence, we discover something else emerges. We offer authentic teachings on how to prepare our self to receive the holy waters of our own universal being, our own highest wisdom, and that of other great teachers, healers, and beings of the subtle worlds, who come to share their wisdom and blessings with us, during each of these practices. It is not unusual for participants to enter deep states of transcendent and transformational wisdom. Many report life altering experiences. I do not wish to play this up or get you revved up for what is not so. However, this is humbly stated and offered based upon decades of service to many in this work. THERE IS DEEP POTENTIAL to meet this wisdom, and receive these blessings. COME PREPARED! Please note how you perceive this, and how your body and awareness embraces these ideas, or retracts in any way, from them, as this may be a clue as to how readily, and available, these deep source points of empowerment and nurturance are and will be available to you. Or, it may indicate psychic or psychological forces at play within us, which do not wish to move, to give up power, or fear of the 'unknown' waiting for us. In truth, it is known, it is all that is known, we simply have lost touch with it. If there is anticipation, anxiety, or fear in reading this, we shall define and create safe and sacred space to allow you to go as deeply as you are ready to within this body of work. Yet, it is important to note, YOU are in control. You do not need to go where you are not comfortable treading, or ready or willing to go. We simply offer the opportunity to transcend, transform, prepare. Yet, you were called to this work. And something is ready to reveal itself to you, or be offered up in profound healing for you. Both potentials are available to each of us. Deep healing. Profound transformation and alignment with our Higher Truth. Come Prepared! It can be beneficial, before this practice, if you spend some time, in meditation, journaling, or something of this nature, as to how you perceive your relationship to these Higher Truths. Even if you do not know exactly what that is. I ask that you ask these particular questions in a meditative, prayerful time. Even if it is just 5 minutes, give your self this time. Ask that your own higher guidance, and that your guides and teachers from the other realms come and be with you. Sit quietly, and ask
Sit and rest with these, each, one at a time, or review them all and sit, quietly, reflectively, receptively. Listen quietly to the responses, which may come in subtle waves of reflection, or immense sounds or visions...just rest, and pay attention to what you perceive in response. It may be in a language you are not used to, yet fully understand, if you simply allow yourself to. Write it down. Bring your responses with you. And be prepared to do the work. Many blessings to each of you. OTHERS MAY JOIN US If you have other friends, colleagues, or acquaintances who have been asking, or whom you feel might benefit from this work, please inform them of it, even at this late date. There are so many lives we might touch, and we truly wish to be of service, with this authentic work, in this time of Profound Change. Perhaps they are on the cusp, and just need a gentle tug or word of encouragement. Many will find reasons why they cannot. The forces at play, cosmically, to bring about this Great Shift we are in, often appear in forms of stress, chaos, intense challenges in our personal lives. It may seem untimely and impossible to come. Some of you may experience that even now as you prepare to come. Yet, these forces are the very reason one should come, to engage in work that is mindful, and intended to assist us through these times of profound change. What appears on the surface reminds us of our greater path. And, often, it appears as obstacles or challenges, which, when viewed from beneath the surface, are, in actuality the very things we need to let go of, or transform some aspect of. As the Elders have said, it is a time in which the structures of our belief, which no longer serve us, shall crumble away.If there are any others you wish to share this with, you may send this mail, or this portion of it, this link, and/or the attached flier of the program. Sunday World Sound Healing Practice We continue our World Pujas, our World Healing Services, with each of these practices. These practices stretch into Infinite Potential to manifest what we most desire or which to be, in our lives We shall, also, work with the Earth to meet her Highest Potential, for all Sentient Beings. We often join collectively with thousands worldwide in these practices. The Hathors, and others of the "High Council" I speak with in my newsletters, will be guiding us here. You each will be offered the opportunity to sound these realities into manifestation. There MAY be the opportunity for you to use rattle or drum in these practices. Thus, if you wish, you may bring your own frame drum (Native American style), or rattle, or borrow one of ours**. No prior drumming or singing experience is necessary. If you did not read my last newsletters, they often have artices relating specifically to upcoming practices. You may see those here, and please pass it on to others... INSTRUMENTS, OILS, CD's, BOOKS, OTHER TIMES **We have a number of drums available, as well as the many instruments, CD's, books, and sacred items we bring to each program, and sell via http://www.sunreed.com, if you are not familiar with that aspect of our work. TIME Time and time again, this work has proven to be in deep synchronicity with the rhythms and cycles of life, and the cosmos, meaningful at levels beyond our greatest comprehension. Each practice is related to one of the major or Cross Calendar days, such as Samhain, Imbolc, or Beltane. We note the potentials of lunar and astrological activity often strongly associated with the times we meet. These are often spoken of in the newsletters, also. For instance, when meeting at the height of "Samhain," this is traditionally seen as Nov 1, energetically it actually falls between the 4th and 7th each year. This is historically known as a time to celebrate harvest, and commune with the spirit worlds, a time when the Veils are thin. It is the beginning of winter, a time to strip the ground bare, and turn inward and contemplate the seeds we shall plant next year. We welcome you to come, enjoin with us, in this sacred work, with your own prayers and affirmations. The vast majority of participants find the work incredibly meaningful, transformative, and life altering. The more prepared you are to enter authentic states of transformation and insight, the more likely you are to be embraced by those very states. We encourage you to spend time in prayer and meditation, before this practice, to call upon your own higher guidance and wisdom, teachers and allies, to be present with us, to prepare you for the greatest and most beneficial outcome to this work. What you bring, your level of preparedness and readiness to immerse into the Heart of the Sacred, will have an impact upon you and all present. All we ask, is that you be present, and available, for the work. That is all that is needed. The rest will take care of itself. First, many of us are going through extraordinary shifts and experiences of either chaos, or resolution and/or harmonious alignment in our paths. If you have not attended a practice before, we highly recommend you read it. There is some additional information below which may be useful even to our most adept students. Those who have engaged in this work before, know it is important, beneficial, and deeply informative and transformative. Earlier articles relevant to the program, can be viewed here: Set time and space for yourself, every day, to prepare for this program. Set 'seeds' of intent, to peer into your deepest life purpose, and essence of who you are. By just framing the questions, you open the door to the Great Mystery to come forward with more clear response. Work with the energetics of the sun as it informs and transforms us leading into this time of Beltane. We will work specifically with this at least one day of the practice. Be mindful, by all means of the preparations of the Earth for raising her life force, and preparing her seeds for spring. This is an energetic we will 'lean' into this weekend.Come, prepared to be 'present, and available,' to do this work. The more you come in a ready state, the more the Universe will provide for you. This content of the mail is specific to earlier practices, but can be beneficial to prepare for this weekend, as well, though our intent and approach will be slightly different. What is your highest purpose?Take some time to reflect, and set purpose and intent, to draw in the highest vision of these principles, you can imagine. Ask for guidance and insight, to come during this period of work, (not necessarily in this moment of reflection....this time you take beforehand is setting the intent for the potential we enter during the weekend.) Spend some time imagining the highest states of clarity, purity, joy, and exaltation (ecstasy/bliss.) This will set the stage to assist us to draw these in for our work, which assist in manifesting it. The practices this weekend are designed to create a template for entering heightened states of well being, visioning, and interconnectedness with All Life. They can be used to carry forward in every day life, meditative practices, and self evolution. We are in a profound time of change and transfiguration. Take time to honor the process, plan time, if at all possible, afterward, as well, for reflection, integration, etc. We hope to complete the practice with a "World Healing Service".As those who are returning know, what has been coming from the evolution of these practices is rich. Each time we engage in them, more arises, deeper insight, clarity, awareness, connectivity. What is happening now is yet more immense. I truly expect an ever more enriching program.The universe is informing us of immense opportunity. We welcome the opportunity to share with others. Exit 6, Chester, and turn onto Route 103 North toward Chester

the intersection of Rt 11 (toward Londonderry,) bear left onto Rt 11,
and continue into the center of Chester. The Center is on the
right just after the small green in downtown Chester.(From Bellows Falls & Exit 6 I-91): From Rt 103 South Bound
(From Ludlow) and Rt 11 (South, From Springfield) :
From
103 or Rt 11 south, upon entering Chester, there will be a T
intersection at Main Street.
Turn Right at the stop
sign onto Main Street, if on 103 from Ludlow.
From Springfield, turn right onto Main St (103 here), but, at the
intersection of Rt 11 (toward Londonderry,) bear onto Rt 11, and
continue into the center of Chester. The Center is on the
