Twin dragons fly in unison chasing the rising sun along the St. Michael leyline on the Pagan Celtic festival of Beltane. Traveling on their backs we get to know their natures, they are the messengers of the Divine Feminine/Masculine, complementary polarities of Yin/Yang that course through the landscape empowering everywhere they touch with their breath.

Stopping off along the way at remarkable ancient sacred sites, the secrets of this magical land are revealed to us. The air and fire inspire our quest, the earth and water nourish our soul. Step by step the seeds of our potential are cultivated at this rich and fertile season; the passage through the fecundity of spring, into the gestation of a new summer.

This is the journey initiates were led on by the Keepers of the Mysteries of the Ancient Landscape Serpent Temple at Avebury at the return of the sun each year.

This is the journey on which we invite you to join us.

We will be working with both Sacred Sound and Sacred Earth Energies in simple ceremonies at places of power along the Michael and Mary energy currents. The use of sacred sound in alignment with earth energies is a tremendously potent tool that can assist in releasing stored wisdom at certain sacred sites and awakening ancient seeds of consciousness deep within us.

This will be a transformational time for each of us and a time to assist the Earth in the present time of need for planetary healing, transformation, and evolution. This journey will be an opportunity for you to play your part in this sacred work.

Starting in Cornwall at Nanjizal Bay we first meet the Michael and Mary energy currents as they flow in from the ocean across the beautiful beach underlain with quartz crystal and surrounded by granite cliffs. Following Mary her path leads, via the low road, to secret holy wells, secluded valley churches and sacred springs - places of Earth and Water. While in Cornwall we shall meet the dowser Hamish Miller.

Michael takes the high road to some remote hilltops, powerful moorland Tors and enigmatic towers - places of Air and Fire. We will cultivate awareness of, and relationship with, the elemental consciousness of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, and utilize these primordial forces along with the magic and attunement of sacred sound to draw our seed into germination.

Zacciah has been asked to bring forward ancient attunements or encodings of these landscapes, through sacred sound, which will assist us.

From time to time the great Earth dragons come together at special sacred sites where Universal or Celestial energies are grounded and incorporated into a marriage of Heaven and Earth. Such transcendental places offer us insights into balance and harmony and are gateways.

Often these energy vortexes are ancient stone circles, powerful places in nature, or major cathedrals and abbeys. The ultimate example of this 'Sacred Union' of energies occurs at Avebury Landscape Serpent Temple in early May. The climax of our healing journey will be a dawn pilgrimage on the morning of the Celtic festival of Beltane down the processional avenue to Avebury stone circle arriving there at the same moment the rising Sun God Bel fertilizes the Earth Goddess and the Earth is renewed once more.

Itinerary

We will engage in ritual, ceremony, sacred sound and healing, in prepared and intuited exercises when we are at many of the sacred sites

Day 1 - Fri Apr 27th

Meet at Heathrow airport and travel by group minibus (approx 4 hrs) to overnight in Devon. Here the group will sleep within the range of the Mary earth energy current. Dinner and introductions in evening.

Day 2 - Sat Apr 28th

Morning orientation followed by travel to Penzance in West Penwith (the tip of Cornwall) to our hotel for three nights.

We are drawn by the mysterious sounding names – Nanjizal Bay, Men-an-tol and Boscawen-Un and for good reason, because they have not only retained their Celtic names but also their power. The heavily crystal-studded granite underlying this land conducts powerful Earth energy currents to each of the sacred sites, and there are more ancient sacred sites per square mile here than anywhere else on Earth. Their isolation within this beautiful rugged landscape has helped to preserve so many of them.

We are very privileged to have Hamish Miller spend time with our group at the start of our quest. Hamish is the internationally renowned dowser who tracked the St. Michael line and first discovered the male/female energy currents associated with it. His findings are recorded in the groundbreaking book The Sun & the Serpent. Dinner at hotel.

Day 3 - Sun Apr 29th

Visit to Nanjizal Bay where the earth energy currents first come ashore. A one and a half mile walk over fields and heaths brings us to the cliff tops overlooking this isolated and wonderful bay. The beach is underlain with quartz crystal and there is a cave. Here is the place we commit to the start of this pilgrimage.

After lunch we visit Boscawen-Un stone circle, a power centre of the Druids, set in remote heathland. In April we will be treated to a visual and fragrant delight of wild hedgerow flowers in full bloom as we tread half-forgotten country paths that lead to secret holy wells, lone standing stones, cromlechs, fogous and hidden stone circles. Day 4 - Mon Apr 30th

We start today with a ritual healing 'baptism' at Sancreed holy well where we learn of the importance of water. We will then hike up the nearby Sancreed Beacon which affords 360 degree panoramic views of West Penwith.

Lunch will be provided at Rosemerryn, set in magical woodlands. Within the grounds is Caer Fogou, an underground initiatory chamber. This is a great place for seeking answers to inner questions and learning to trust. Dinner at hotel.

Day 5 - Tues May 1st

Today we move up-country. On route we stop at the Hurlers stone circles (three of them) and the Cheesewring, a powerful natural pile of immense rocks in the middle of Bodmin Moor. This is a power spot of the earth energy currents, with outstanding views over the moor. Then we continue on to visit Scorhill stone circle on Dartmoor, a wonderfully energetic circle set in the dramatic wilds of the moor, surrounded by potent tors (rocky peaks).

We continue on to Wells for a three-night stay. Dinner at hotel.

Day 6 - Wed May 2nd

We have a free morning to explore medieval Wells on market day. Discover the 800 year-old gothic Cathedral, the oldest intact medieval street in Europe and the Bishop's Palace with its moat, drawbridge and beautiful swans. Inside the grounds of the palace are the springs that give Wells its name.

After lunch we will visit nearby Glastonbury, beginning with Wearyall Hill, the site of the Holy Thorn Tree, a descendent of the original tree, which reputedly sprung from the staff of Joseph of Arimathea when he stuck it into the ground on his visit to Glastonbury, possibly with the boy Jesus. There will then be free time to explore some of the more unusual shops in Glastonbury, selling everything from candles and incense to crystals, spiritual books and Goddess statues. Or you may wish to book in for one of the many healing modalities on offer (enquire with us). Free choice dinner in Wells – not included.

Day 7 - Thurs May 3rd

This morning we have arranged for the group to have private special access at dawn into the stones of the world's most famous sacred site – Stonehenge. The full moon will be setting in the east as the sun rises in the west, turning the circle of stones into the perfect chalice within which to perform our ceremony of transformation and healing. Touch the huge megaliths which have stood in magnificent isolation on the windswept Salisbury Plain for thousands of years, feel the pulse of powerful earth energy currents coursing beneath your feet, imagine the ceremonies which have been performed by robed priests over eons of time or just sit in quiet meditation. We will take some time to perform our own ceremony as part of our pilgrimage/journey. This is a rare opportunity to truly experience a site revered by countless generations. We will return to the hotel for breakfast.

We spend this day just five miles down the road in Glastonbury again, the legendary Isle of Avalon. We start our exploration with Glastonbury Abbey, the birthplace of Christianity in England, and once the largest and most powerful abbey in all of Britain. A grave in the centre of the abbey ruins is reputed to have been the resting place of King Arthur and Guinevere. It is no coincidence that the dual energy currents of England's most famous leyline cross at the site of the high altar.

Rising dramatically from the flat land of the surrounding Somerset Levels, the Tor has been a beacon of spirituality since pagan times and still acts as a magnet for people of all beliefs today. You will hear the stories and the legends as well as experience the powerful energy and atmosphere of this sacred site. The views from the top are spectacular.

We conclude this day at Chalice Well, considered by many to be the holiest well in England. During our private after hours visit, the former guardians of the gardens will explain its history and spiritual significance and lead us in a ceremony using these most potent of waters. This is one of the true healing places in Britain and you are encouraged to drink from the holy well where, a local story states, the Holy Grail is hidden. There will be time for quiet reflection and meditation here. We will also visit the White Spring across the lane and note the different properties of the waters. Dinner at hotel.

Day 8 - Fri May 4th

Move hotel base to near Marlborough for two nights. Marlborough is a charming old town with many amenities which you will have the rest of the morning to explore.

After lunch we will familiarize ourselves with the Avebury landscape in preparation for tomorrow's ceremony. Avebury, just six miles to the west of our hotel, is the heart centre of megalithic Britain. All the sacred sites in this area centre on Avebury, including Stonehenge some twenty miles distant. Powerful earth energy currents course through this landscape; this is the midpoint of Michael and Mary's traverse across the country. The stone circle is just the central feature in the Avebury Landscape Temple, a series of colossal earthworks spread over an area twelve miles across. The stone circle and its stone avenues formed a Serpent Temple with Avebury stone circle as its belly. This afternoon we will visit the head of the serpent at The Sanctuary and the tail at Knoll Down. Free choice dinner – not included.

Day 9 - Sat May 5th

Today is Beltane, the Celtic festival celebrating the return of the Sun and the fertility of the Earth. Following in the footsteps of countless generations going back five thousand years we start this day with a sunrise ceremony. Walking barefoot down the processional avenue of stones at dawn we arrive within the awesome Avebury Henge at the moment of sunrise. Here, within the largest stone circle in the world, holding the energies of two former stone circles, one solar and one lunar, we celebrate the Sacred Union of Feminine/Masculine, Earth/Fire, Yin/Yang, Terrestrial/Celestial. This ceremony honours and brings together all we have experienced on this journey. After personal time for assimilation we return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast there will be some free time for last minute shopping followed by lunch.

Close by our hotel we find another component of the Avebury Landscape Temple in the form of the five thousand year old sacred site of Merlin's Mound, which gave the town its name. We will climb the mound to hear a remarkable story and to connect with the masculine energies of Merlin. We conclude our journey at the twin site of Morgan's Hill, the ultimate feminine energy site. These two sites hold the complementary masculine/feminine energies either side of the Avebury Landscape Pentagram. At Morgan's Hill we perform our final ceremony, a rebirthing as a balanced spiritual/physical being back into the world. Farewell Dinner at hotel.

Day 10 - Sun May 6th

Return to Heathrow for flights home.
