We are often asked to clarify the nature of these sound healing trainings.

Despite any language used, these are anything but "Fundamental" trainings in sound healing.  Zacciah has a profound comprehension and expertise in the use of sound as a transformative agent of human consciousness, based upon over 30 years of exploration of human consciousness and the utilization of sound in sacred method.  (See Zacciah's bio.)
These trainings are designed to take us deep, and to serve to lift the veil of understanding of our own consciousness, allowing us to assist others in penetrating their own veil.
Sound is a doorway through consciousness.  It is understanding, clarifying, articulating, and experiencing this veil, and the realms of knowing, and being, beyond them, which is special to these programs.

These are about coming into understanding of the "whole" human being.  This is what "healing" means, "to come into wholeness."
Thus, in each training, we are constantly exploring our own wholeness to come into more able understanding of how to assist others to come into their own wholeness.
We then explore the nature of sound, the subtle energetic, neurophysiological and psychological principals of the human condition, and how to incorporate explicit exercises utilizing sound to bring oneself and/or others into a more complete self. 
By standing more fully erect, engaged in our own empowered state of being, we come into a much more heightened sense of helping others come into an empowered, awakened state of being.  Our senses, both subtle and gross, are more fully effective at ascertaining and utilizing our skills and applications of sound therapies.

These current "Foundation" trainings (Level I) are 24 days in length (8 three day weekends, over 8 months time.)  While we go into deep understanding of the principals and applications of sound therapies in this time, we still are only scratching the surface of our own knowing and being.  This is a lifelong journey to fully understand and comprehend human consciousness, and therapeutic use of sound.

We utilize group ceremony, sounding, and ritual.  We utilize one on one training processes.  We utilize Earth awareness skills, as we are part of the living Earth, and relationship to the Earth is tantamount to our own thriving within our own wholeness or healing.
However, this program is also considerably about the exploration of the subtle realms of consciousness, as these must be mapped and explored to understand the human psyche, and assist others to come into stability or wholeness.  Fundamentally, one must be able to walk the path in order to assist others in its exploration.
In reality, most of us do not recognize the continued need for such exploration, nor the depth of our own dislocation from grounding and wellness, and we shall include these explorations into this curriculum.  It is  through our own healing process that we fully cognize the ability to assist others.  The tools necessary to walk the path of healing, of wholeness, are offered within this training.  The facilitator extends remarkable skill and dexterity, in offering us the tools for both, the human journey, and the practitioner, interspersed with great humor, compassion, empathy, and understanding.
Participants will be able to attend class at the level of their own comprehension.
The classes are designed so the total novice will come away with complete understanding and appreciation of the theoretical foundations and techniques of sound healing applied, while the experienced practitioner will have the opportunity to journey further than his or her current road maps will most likely allow.  It is not uncommon for Zacciah to hear statements such as, "Wow!  I have been a sound practitioner for 17 years, and I have NEVER experienced this level of sound healing before!"
Unique to these programs, also, are initiatory processes into Sacred Sound Streams, and the lineages of Spiritual beings and esoteric traditions Zacciah is aligned with, and initiated in.
 
These are deep and penetrating explorations of the nature and use of sound in therapeutic application.  The feedback given by the vast majority of participants is that these trainings offer far more versatility, transformational skills, and depth than expected.  We shall journey together.  It allows for the breadth and scope we are prepared to enter.  Deep listening, receptivity, stillness, and activation are all part of the processes.  We are co-facilitators, in that it is we whom make the offerings for, prepare for, and set the boundaries of, that which we are willing to reveal and explore.  It is done with tremendous knowing, respect, integrity, and a sense of safety and protection within such explorations.  And, once we have an understanding of the foundation principals of sound practice, and the human condition, as Zacciah understands them, we can journey further into Therapeutic Application in Level II, III, and additional trainings.

These will continue to examine the highest level work of human consciousness.
And the utilization of sound for such penetration and exploration of the human psyche, and the greater Cosmos.
