This is an approximately 1.5 hour audio recording of our online presentation of The Vast Blue Empty Sky meditation practice, with introduction, instructions, and meditation practice with sacred sound.
We hope to offer the video edition at a later time.
The Vast Blue Empty Sky practice is based in Tibetan wisdom. It is a very simple, and extraordinarily effective practice to experience openness and clear awareness in the heart center, through our feeling states, greatly clarifying our emotional and mental fields. Not only does this create great relaxation, but decreases feelings of stress, chaos, or fatigue. It brings clear insight. The final stages of the practice can bring vital illumination to our felt senses, all levels of awareness, and mental focus. It, thus, can be used to bring greater insight and embodiment of clarity into our life choices and actions.
Zacciah will bring deeper illumination to the practice through his “Sacred Sound Transmissions” skills, which greatly enhances most meditative practices for participants, whether by phone or over video or telecommunications links. Time permitting, we will end with a question and answer session.

- This program is on November 15th from 3pm to 5pm
- This is an online course on the Zoom platform. You will need to make a membership with Zoom at www.zoom.us in order to participate in the meetings. The day before each meeting you will receive an email reminder for the meeting, including information for how to join the meeting
What To Bring
- Please locate yourself in a quiet, comfortable spot.
- Zacciah will be using either a drum or crystal bowl for the practice. You are welcome to join in with any instruments and your voice in the program, as long is your microphone is turned off.
Question and Answer Session
- There will be a short question and answer session at the end of the program. When told to do so, please hit the raise hand button on the Zoom platform, and we will unmute your microphone so you can ask your question.
