The
first in a series of fun, creative weekends exploring an Ancient method
of healing, for professional application and personal growth.
This class will help you understand this complex system of healing, and the profound effects these powerful elements have within us
Each weekend we will be delving deeply into each aspect of the element. We have chosen to begin with the Earth, moving toward Ether .
These classes will provide tools that will enhance your practice, and deepen your understanding of the elemental ways we are effected, how to balance these powerful elements within, and live with clearer understanding and harmony.
As we experience the elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth within our body and mind, we gain a cellular understanding of this proven ancient healing wisdom. This wisdom can lead to profound insights and a deep understanding of the Elements, and a fundamental way of understanding our physical and emotional complexities, and those of our relationships. You will move through the places where the element has been stuck, in doing so move toward balance and freedom. <>
We
have chosen to begin with the Earth Element.
You
will understand her hidden beauty, power and challenges when in excess.
You will experience this
element through cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual
exercises.
We will be using tuning forks, drum, voice, and movement to develop a
complete experience that will help you understand each element
elementally. Special meditation practices and
ceremonies will also be offered.
