The cost for the Karpay America 2004 in New England is $
Cost is $ if paid in full by Feb 10, 2004.
This cost includes all program-related ground transportation to the sacred sites
in Vermont and Massachusetts, teaching fees and entrance fees as needed.
It does not include accommodations or meals. A $100.- non-refundable deposit is due with
each registration. Full payment for this program is due by March 1, 2004.Accommodations :
The Holiday Inn in Springfield, Vermont will serve as our base of operations.
Juan will give his introductory talk here Friday evening, April 30, and we will set out
from this hotel the following morning for our daily travels and return there at the end ofeach day. Two
additional group meetings will be held here as well. We have reserved rooms at this Holiday Inn at a preferred rate of $ 75 per double room for participants in the Karpay America / New England. Continental breakfast is included in this rate. Please make your own reservations by calling the central Holiday Inn Reservations number at (800) 465-4329 and asking for the Springfield hotel or call this Holiday Inn directly at (802) 885-4516. Their address is 818 Charlestown Rd., Springfield, VT 05156.Cancellation Policy :
A full refund will be issued for cancellations received in writing by The Center of Light prior to March 1, 2004. After this date, only recoverable costs can be reimbursed, minus a $ 75 cancellation fee. In the unlikely situation that Cultural Immersion Travel or the Center of Light must cancel the program, a full refund will be issued. However, if the reason for such cancellation is independent of Cultural Immersion Travel’s or the Center of Light's good will, such as an Act of God (flood, earthquake, etc.) or an act of domestic or international terrorism which would prevent participants or Mr. Nunez del Prado from reaching New England, Cultural Immersion and the Center of Light will make every effort to reimburse all registration fees, without however committing to being able to do so.Inclement Weather Policy :
We have scheduled the Karpay America at a time when winter’s fury has usually relented, and we will proceed with the program if at all possible. We do however reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary as conditions warrant. If you have registered but decide against participating for weather-related reasons, we will discuss a partial refund on the merits of each individual case. Generally, the above cancellation policy is in effect. This is an outdoor program, and you should come prepared for all weather potentials.
