Are you noticing things speeding up?
More and more ‘demands’ on your time?
You are not alone.
How can you remedy this?
And, perhaps, what is going on?
We have entered an accelerated frequency of reality.
Some call it a different dimension.
The challenge is trying to stay in the lower frequency, as we adapt to something quite different.
The resolution, is not trying the same old things.
Such as ‘pushing’ to make things work.
Time to slow down.
Do what is right. Leave the old stuff behind.
Take time for your ‘self.’ Self-development, self-empowerment, self-awareness, self-realization.
Who are you? Have you come into realization of this yet?
Divine purpose? Do you truly understand your role here?
Take time for your ‘self.’
One of the fastest methods of self-realization is through service to others, as long as it is in alignment with the greater good. Feelings of what we perceive as obligation, responsibility, etc., and higher service are not always in such alignment.
Don’t participate in any media (news, TV, movie, radio, online, etc.,) which does not serve your unfolding in the universe. Some of these will ‘entrain’ you to states which do not serve your unfolding or realization of potential as a spiritual being.Just as you pay attention to the pollution of the environment around you, the air, earth, food, and water qualities, pay attention to the noise pollution in your environment. Change the tune.
Find relaxing, soothing, nourishing, empowering, enlivening sounds...those that fit your needs in each moment.
Be in nature. It enlivens and strengthens your recognition of being a part of the Whole.
Study entrainment and sacred proportions, sacred geometries, to better understand this.
Realize you are a spiritual being. Focus on this aspect of your wisdom.
Allow it unfold, to grow, to evolve.
It is much like a plant in the garden.
You germinate it, provide it adequate sustenance and nourishment. It knows how to handle the rest. It does not need hand holding. It needs space to grow.
